The Collector’s House is one of the oldest properties in Arundel, in part dating back to the 16th Century and has a rich and varied history. As befitting a town that once had more drinking houses than any other in England it has been a public house and in more sober times has been a part of Arundel’s thriving Antiques trade while now is a book shop. There are rumours it also had a priest hole during The Reformation and a passage direct to the Castle!
